Flavor Description:
A Hardneck, Heirloom garlic that has a warm, spicy flavor when cooked but hot like wasabi when raw. When roasted, it has a nice buttery flavor. As one of the hottest garlics, it also has a robust flavor with a strong finish.
Bulb Size:
Medium to large bulbs with 4-6 large cloves each.

6-9 months
History:
From the Porcelain family, Rosewood garlic was introduced to North America in 1984 from the Moldavian Institute near Ukraine.
Harvest, Planting Tips:
Mid to late season. An outstanding, vigorous garlic that is more tolerant to wet Spring soil and resistant to common allium diseases such as rust.
