Garlic Scapes – OUT OF STOCKWhat is a scape? As hardneck garlic grows it produces a stalk that coils from the top called a ‘scape’ or ‘garlic flower’. Scapes can be harvested and used in cooking, stir fry, pickling or eaten raw. They taste like crunchy green bean with a mild garlic flavor. They can last up to 3-4 weeks in the refrigerator if sealed in baggies.

A very robust plant that produces large bulbs with 4-6 big, easy to peel cloves. With a classic garlic flavor, sweet when baked and hot when consumed raw, Music is an all-around favorite by chefs and garlic lovers. Very cold tolerant. Mid season.
