Any of our garlic may be used for cooking. The larger bulbs, 2” or greater we offer as ‘seed-grade’ for those looking to grow great garlic. Anything smaller, we’d like to offer as food or culinary grade. These small high quality bulbs work great in the kitchen. If stored in a cool, dry area, this garlic will keep for months.

Garlic Scapes – OUT OF STOCKWhat is a scape? As hardneck garlic grows it produces a stalk that coils from the top called a ‘scape’ or ‘garlic flower’. Scapes can be harvested and used in cooking, stir fry, pickling or eaten raw. They taste like crunchy green bean with a mild garlic flavor. They can last up to 3-4 weeks in the refrigerator if sealed in baggies.
